What is SIP Mobility: Managing Device Transitions about?

SIP supports personal and service mobility through registration and re-registration methods. For personal mobility, a device can change IP addresses but still receive calls via registration updating its contact information. For service mobility, a user can access the same services when roaming by registering with different providers.
