What is Online Grocery Shopping about?

This paper will contribute to current academic literature in the area of e-business and consumer behaviour. It outlines a study conducted with staff and students from a UK University to ascertain their attitudes to grocery shopping both off and online. The findings indicate that, whilst the vast majority of the people in our sample have experience of on-line shopping, very few actively engage in on-line grocery shopping.
