This document describes a study conducted in Indonesia to develop an instrument to assess student leadership readiness. The study validated a 25-item questionnaire to measure leadership readiness among 1,742 students at 9 universities. Factor analysis was used to develop the Student Leadership Readiness Questionnaire (SLRQ) from the items. Analysis found 7 items to be invalid and removed them, leaving an 18-item instrument.
