This case study examines the treatment of stye (external hordeolum) using Ayurvedic principles. A 19-year-old female presented with swelling and mild pain in her left eyelid along with redness. On examination, her left eyelid was edematous with an abscess at the outer canthus. She was diagnosed with stye (anjananamika in Ayurveda).
