What is Thanksgiving Food Drive for Families in Need about?

St. Mary School is collaborating with the local St. Vincent De Paul Society to create Thanksgiving meal baskets for needy families in the community. Each class is assigned a food item to donate such as stuffing, canned vegetables or dessert items. Families are asked to donate a few food items by November 19th to help fill the baskets. Donations of $10 can also be made for the purchase of turkeys.
