This document discusses improvements made to the artificial propagation technique of the tiger botia fish (Chromobotia macracanthus). 20 broodfish of each sex were kept in separate tanks and fed bloodworms and commercial pelleted feed. Mature females and males were injected with hormones to induce spawning. Eggs were incubated in 3L and 5L funnels at a density of 100 eggs/L.
