Thermanit 22/09 is a high-alloyed stainless steel TIG rod resistant to intercrystalline corrosion and wet corrosion up to 250°C. It provides good resistance to stress corrosion cracking in chlorine- and hydrogen sulphide-bearing environments due to its high chromium and molybdenum contents which also provide resistance to pitting corrosion.
