MoO,Cl, formed six-coordinate complexes with N-(substituted)-N'-(substituted thiazolyl) thioureas and ureas of the general formula [MoO~(RNHC=SNHR')~]C~~ and [MoO,(RNHC=ONHR')~]C~~, where R = thiazolyl, 4-phenyl and 5-nitrothiazolyl groups and R' = -C2HS, -C6HS, o-C,H,(CH,), p-C,H,(CH,) and -+,H&O. The complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductance, magnetic susceptibility, IR, UV-vis and 'H NMR spectral data. Electrical measurements show that the room temperature conductivities range from 2.3 x 10m8 to 4 x 1O-4 R-' cm-'. The activation energies (E,) for conduction have been determined.
