This study analyzed 273 patients over 65 years old with neck masses to identify the distribution of diagnoses and semiological features linked to malignancy. The findings revealed that malignant neoplasms were the most common diagnosis (32%), followed by benign neoplasms (28%) and inflammatory masses (25%). Key semiological features associated with malignancy included age, male sex, prior history of cancer, mass fixation, and involvement of multiple cervical lymph node levels.
