Valoon Town Southsea Stretch is an underwater location where TMs containing various moves can be purchased with shards of different colors. Blue shards can buy TMs for defensive and support moves, green shards buy TMs for special attacks, red shards buy TMs for physical attacks, and yellow shards buy TMs for strong attacking moves. The cost of each TM increases with the level of the move being taught.
