Further investigations confirmed a diagnosis of AA-PNH syndrome on 04 August 2022, and on the same day treatment was initiated with an unspecified traditional Chinese medication. Further treatments involved unspecified corticosteroids started on 20 August 2022, hetrombopag [hetrombopag olamine] started on 29 August 2022 and ciclosporin [cyclosporin A] started on 04 November 2022. Follow-up showed only slight fluctuation in various indicators. On 26 November 2022, he was admitted to the hospital with persistent stabbing pain in the back and waist of 2 days.
