Triaqua[2-(4-carboxylatophenoxy)propionato-κO](1,10-phenanthroline-κ2N,N′)manganese(II) monohydrate by Xiao, Ying-Hui ;Kong, Li-Li ;Gao, Shan is a Chemistry article available to read on EtoBox.
What is Triaqua[2-(4-carboxylatophenoxy)propionato-κO](1,10-phenanthroline-κ2N,N′)manganese(II) monohydrate about?
The zwitterionic title compound, [Mn(C 10 H 8 O 5 )(C 12 H 8 N 2 )-(H 2 O) 3 ]ÁH 2 O, has the Mn atom in an octahedral geometry that comprises the O atom of the 2-(4-carboxylatophenoxy)propionate group, two N atoms of the 1,10-phenanthroline ligand and three water molecules. Extensive hydrogenbonding andstacking interactions lead to a threedimensional supramolecular network.
