This document discusses a study on the effectiveness of banana heart and katuk leaf consumption on breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers in Teluk Kiambang village, Tempuling sub-district, Indragiri Hilir regency. The study used a quasi-experimental design with non-probability sampling. The results found that breast milk production increased more after consumption of katuk leaves (92.9%) compared to banana heart (64.3%).
