About this document

Analog IC Design for Longevity by Locutus Borg is a document available to read on EtoBox.

This document is a dissertation from Technische Universität München submitted by Xin Pan on lifetime robustness of analog integrated circuits. The dissertation addresses the joint effects of process variations and transistor aging on circuit performance over time. It proposes a design flow for optimizing circuit sizing to maximize aged yield considering both fresh and aged sizing rules. Analytical models are developed for predicting the aged worst-case distance and aged yield of a circuit.
