Light Scattering Rayleigh Linewidth Measurements on Some Macromolecular Solutions by D. B. Sellen is a Materials Science article available to read on EtoBox.

What is Light Scattering Rayleigh Linewidth Measurements on Some Macromolecular Solutions about?

## Abstract Some light scattering Rayleigh linewidth measurements upon three globular proteins: chymotrypsinogen, bovine plasma albumin, and urease, are described. Measurements were made in 0.2 M NaCl and the diffusion constants calculated showed no concentration dependence. The measurements agreed well with theoretical predictions both as regards angular variation and frequency distribution.
