This document provides interpretations for 14 different ECG rhythms: 1) 2nd degree block type 1 shows every other beat looking different with alternating normal and prolonged P-R intervals. 2) Junctional rhythm with PVCs has a regular underlying junctional rhythm interrupted by extra wide QRS complexes every third beat (trigeminy). 3) Torsades de Pointes has a distinct increasing and decreasing amplitude pattern. 4) Accelerated junctional rhythm has an inverted P wave and a rate between 60-100 bpm.
