What is Proactive Personality and Creative Behavior about?

This study examines the relationship between proactive personality and creative behavior. It proposes that employee thriving at work mediates this relationship. Additionally, it hypothesizes that high-involvement human resources (HR) practices moderate the relationship between proactive personality and thriving at work. The study collected data from 438 employees and their supervisors to test these relationships using structural equation modeling.
