This article presents a case report of orthodontic treatment for an adult female patient with inactive periodontal disease, skeletal Class II malocclusion with proclination, protrusion, extrusion and multiple missing teeth. An interdisciplinary treatment plan using periodontics and prosthodontics was developed.
