What is India about?

The Export Import Bank of India (Exim Bank) has raised concerns that a small number of little-known companies have been awarded the majority of infrastructure projects funded by Indian lines of credit in Africa and other developing regions over the past 10 years. An investigation revealed that four companies - Angelique International, Overseas Infrastructure Alliance, Lucky Exports, and Jaguar Overseas - have undertaken over 170 projects worth $1.1 billion, accounting for a large portion of the total value.
