What is Comprehensive Sexuality Education in Mexico about?

Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) is a continuous process that aims to provide children and adolescents with knowledge, skills, and values to understand and enjoy their sexuality in a physical and emotional way. CSE is based on a curriculum to teach cognitive, emotional, physical, and social aspects of sexuality, in order to empower students for their health, respectful relationships, and understanding their rights. Sexuality is more than sex and involves identity and interpersonal relationships.
