The objective of the experiment was to produce a temperature correction curve for a thermocouple and digital thermometer. A thermocouple measures temperature by producing a voltage based on temperature differences between connection points. A dry-well calibrator was used to heat to specific temperatures which were compared to readings from the digital thermometer to determine errors.
