This study evaluates the use of sirolimus as an add-on therapy to corticosteroids for patients with moderate-severe chronic graft versus host disease (cGVHD) following allogeneic stem cell transplantation. Among 134 recipients, sirolimus was administered to 38 patients, resulting in a 79% response rate at six months and a two-year failure-free survival rate of 61%.
