What is Pigmented Spitz Nevus Overview about?

This document summarizes a case study of a 20-year-old female patient with a pigmented lesion on her left upper back. The small (<3mm), symmetrical and heavily pigmented lesion showed prominent proliferation of epitheliod and spindle cells in the junction between the epidermis and dermis, along with marked pigmentation of the keratinocytes. The dermal nevus cells matured and differentiated progressively deeper into the dermis.
