The mid-term report summarizes progress on developing a prototype tool for integrated framework, visualization and analysis of platforms. A prototype was developed including application specification, target platform specification, binding, and hardware/software estimation and partitioning. Previous related work and the Java development environment were studied. Future work includes formalizing communication with other tools, analyzing needed information and how to extract it, and addressing binding issues.
