This research article evaluates the in vitro antioxidant activity and physicochemical properties of aqueous extracts from the leafy stem of Ipomoea pes-caprae, a halophyte from Ivory Coast. The study found that the extracts demonstrated dose-dependent antioxidant activity with an IC50 value of 46.23 µg/ml and revealed the presence of various phytochemicals, including polyphenols and flavonoids.
