This study examines the effect of in situ organic matter application on the pH, cation exchange capacity (CEC), and organic carbon content of raised bed soils in different ages. The study uses a factorial completely randomized design with two factors: soil age (2, 5, and 10 years) and type of organic matter applied (rice straw, purun tikus, and kayu apu). The results showed that organic matter application influenced pH and CEC but not organic carbon content.
