The Government of India has issued Policy Circular No.01/2026-27 clarifying the eligibility of the new ECGC Whole Turnover Policy under Component II of the RELIEF initiative for exporters. Exporters can now avail support if they obtain this policy for the first time on or after March 16, 2026, for consignments to specified countries in the Gulf and West Asia region. All other provisions of the previous notification remain unchanged.
