This document describes a study that measured and calculated the neutron field inside the vault room of a PET cyclotron. Neutron spectra were measured at three locations within the vault room during the production of 18F using a 18O(p,n)18F nuclear reaction from a 18 MeV proton beam on an 18O enriched water target. Neutron spectra were determined through measurements using a Bonner sphere spectrometer and unfolding calculations. Monte Carlo calculations were also performed to determine neutron spectra. The
