The Civil Service Commission adopted new "Uniform Rules on Administrative Cases in the Civil Service" through Resolution No. 99-1936 dated August 31, 1999 to govern disciplinary and non-disciplinary proceedings brought before the Commission and other government agencies. The resolution was published on September 11, 1999 and took effect on September 27, 1999. All concerned parties are required to follow the new Rules strictly.
