<p>When a princess who behaves like a dragon meets a dragon who would like to be a princess, there are unexpected results. Matthew believes that all balloons go to Balloonia, a country all their own, where everything and everyone is made of balloons. Mean-spirited Jessica vehemently disagrees and so she refuses to let her balloon go. It is destined to "shrivel up to nothing." When she is asleep that night, Jessica magically turns into a balloon and flies off to Balloonia with her captive balloon. Once there, she discovers how magical the land is and demands that she be allowed to partake of all the wonders. As evening falls, Jessica is warned that she must return to own world or she will lose all of her air. She refuses and states her intention of becoming queen of Balloonia. In this, she does not get her way and begins shriveling like a balloon.
