What is Review of "Memory as a Programming Concept in C and C++ by Frantisek Franek". Cambridge University Press, 2004, (paperback), 0-521-52043-6. about?

Building Commercial Quality Plug-ins is written by Eric Clayberg and Dan Rubel, and published by Addison Wesley, c 2004, 0-321-22847-2 (paperback), 821pp., $49.99. Eclipse is an open-source IBM-sponsored extensible IDE built using Java, JFace, and SWT (Standard Widget Toolkit). It offers a comprehensive API for developers to write plug-ins. This massive tome, one of the books in a series written by experts, reviewed by Eclipse insiders, and published by Addison Wesley Professional, just provides an in-depth description of the process involved in building commercial quality plug-ins for Eclipse and IBM's WebSphere Studio Workbench. As far as I know, this is the first authoritative, complete book out there on this topic. Perhaps it is still the best one now. It will fill the gap between common Eclipse development and Eclipse customization.
