This study analyzes clinical and neuroradiological characteristics in children with septo-optic dysplasia (SOD), multiple pituitary hormone deficiencies (MPHD), and optic nerve hypoplasia (ONH) based on data from 140 patients. The findings indicate a spectrum of midline brain abnormalities with shared characteristics, including hormonal and neurocognitive disturbances. Notably, SOD patients exhibited various associated conditions, while MPHD showed a higher prevalence of specific pituitary abnormalities.
