What is NeoCryl B-842 Product Data Sheet about?
NeoCryl B-842 is a solid methacrylic copolymer intended for use in low odor aluminum heat seal lacquers. It has a total solids content of at least 98%, average molecular weight of 110,000, and glass transition temperature of 47°C. NeoCryl B-842 is soluble in esters, ketones and higher alcohols and is compatible with plasticizers, vinyl resins, and acrylics. It can be used in heat seal lacquers on aluminum for sealing to PVC and PS at temperatures between 180-200°C.
