This study evaluated the sealing ability of three bioceramic materials—Mineral Trioxide Aggregate (MTA), Biodentine, and Bioceramic putty—in coronal and apical seals of root canals using 90 mandibular premolar teeth. Results indicated that Bioceramic putty demonstrated superior sealing capability compared to MTA and Biodentine, with significantly lower dye penetration in both coronal and apical sealing tests.
