This study aims to compare the efficacy of oral pregabalin and oral clonidine premedication for attenuating hemodynamic responses during laryngoscopy and intubation. 100 patients undergoing elective surgery will be randomly assigned to receive either 150 mg pregabalin or 200 μg clonidine 60-90 minutes before induction.
