This case report describes a 30-year-old man brought to the emergency department exhibiting agitation and decreased consciousness. He had tachycardia, mydriatic pupils, and masseter muscle spasms. Toxicology screening was normal. He was diagnosed with use of a new psychoactive substance like Flakka based on his symptoms.
