This document summarizes a study on the genetic diversity of Brachiaria brizantha grass collected from various regions in Ethiopia using Inter-Simple Sequence Repeat (ISSR) markers. Genomic DNA was extracted from 79 accessions of B. brizantha and amplified using 6 ISSR primers. A total of 80 clear bands were scored.
