To reset the service light on a Peugeot 206 from 1998 onwards, press and hold the button located beneath the speedometer dial while switching the ignition on and continue holding it for 10 seconds. This will cause the spanner symbol on the dashboard to turn off and the display to show 0, indicating the service light has been reset.
