There are new commitment adherence and servicing reports available in Starmatic to view call center performance. The commitment adherence report shows daily and 30-day rolling performance by client service provider. The servicing report provides interval-level data for a selected date range. Both reports can be exported to Excel for easier sorting and viewing of the data.
