What is Skyblue Clustervine Overview about?

Skyblue clustervine is an annual vine native to Florida pine rocklands and coastal habitats. It has blue flowers in clusters of 1-2 that open in the morning and close by midday. The vine has hairy, lance-shaped leaves and woody stems with branched hairs. It is currently known from about 12 preserves in Florida and is threatened by competition from exotic invasive plants. Protection of remaining rockland and coastal habitats is needed to conserve this endangered species.
