The Thirty-First Southern African Regional Climate Outlook Forum (SARCOF-31) predicts normal to above-normal rainfall for most of the SADC region from October to December 2025, with exceptions in western Namibia and northern Angola, DRC, and Tanzania. January to March 2026 is expected to have similar rainfall patterns, with above-normal rainfall in southwestern areas and normal to below-normal in Comoros.
