This study aimed to determine the severity of primary dysmenorrhea and associated menstrual distress among university students in Saudi Arabia. A questionnaire was used to assess 100 female university students aged 18-22 years on their menstrual characteristics, dysmenorrhea severity, and impact on daily activities.
