This study investigates the prevalence of developmental odontogenic cysts in children and adolescents, focusing on dentigerous cysts and keratocystic odontogenic tumors (KCOT). Among 369 patients, dentigerous cysts were more common in children, while KCOTs were prevalent in adolescents, with significant differences in age and location of lesions. The findings emphasize the importance of accurate diagnosis for effective treatment in pediatric patients.
