What is Strategic Planning in Nigerian Universities about?

This study examines the relationship between strategic planning, instructional supervision, and quality assurance in public universities in Cross River State, Nigeria. Using a correlational research design and a census of 169 departmental heads and deans, the findings reveal a statistically significant relationship between the three variables. The study recommends the establishment of robust instructional supervision systems and ongoing professional development for staff to enhance educational quality.
