What is Announcement about?
Elsevier and the Journal of Organometallic Chemistry are pleased to support the International Symposium on Bioorganometallic Chemistry by serving as the sponsor of the award for Outstanding Achievements in Research in Bioorganometallic Chemistry. Professor Roger Alberto of the University of Zurich was selected as the winner of this award this year. His selection was announced at the meeting in Milan and he presented an award address to the conference participants. He also prepared a written form of his award address and we are pleased to provide this to our readers as the first report in this special issue. We congratulate Professor Alberto for his outstanding accomplishments in research in bioorganometallic chemistry and we wish him all the best for success in the future.
