The Maritime Single Window portal of the Romanian Naval Authority is fully operational as of June 26, 2016, requiring vessel masters to submit specific documents to their agents prior to arrival and departure. A list of required templates in Excel format must be filled out and sent to the agent, along with a notification of the purposes of call in port. Additionally, copies of the Ship’s particulars, Registry Certificate, and Tonnage Certificate must be provided to the agent.
