What is The Terms of The Treaty of Versailles about?

The Treaty of Versailles imposed strict military restrictions on Germany, limiting its army to 100,000 soldiers and prohibiting conscription, heavy weaponry, and military aircraft. Additionally, Germany lost significant territories in Europe, including Alsace-Lorraine and the Polish Corridor, and was forced to relinquish all overseas colonies. These terms fostered resentment in Germany, contributing to the rise of Adolf Hitler and setting the stage for future conflicts.
