What is Cassandra's turn CANCELLED 6/18/18 - END OF BACKORDER LIFE. dlp about?

Cassandra Gray's life is just like that of any other teen. She has to juggle family life, school, and work. But unlike most teens, "family life" entails maintaining a centuries' old legacy with little to no information on how she and her relatives require tears as living fuel. "School" means spreading rumors, starting fights, and peer counseling to harvest precious drops from crying students. And "work" is volunteering at the hospital where weeping relatives help keep the Gray family matriarch alive. In-between it all, Cassandra has to dodge the cousin who threatens to kill her if she doesn't live up to her family obligations, try to chose between safe, caring Scott and mysterious, electric Caleb, and somehow keep her friend Samantha from spreading the truth about tear collectors all over school. -- Catalog Copy
