Anamnesis is a 4th-level enchantment spell that allows the caster to transfer eight memories to a target, causing psychic damage and potential mental strain. The target can gain access to languages, spells, and proficiencies, but suffers penalties if they fail an Intelligence saving throw. After 24 hours, the memories return to the caster, and if the target dies before then, the caster suffers additional psychic damage.
