This study analyzed bacterial pathogens and antibiotic resistance patterns in pediatric urinary tract infections (UTIs) in Bandar Abbas, Iran from 2009-2012. The most common bacteria identified were E. coli, Klebsiella spp., and Pseudomonas. E. coli showed the highest resistance to ampicillin and trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole.
